@mob do you mean take the server down because maintenance is a burden? I agree there are many web3 native projects to create independent decentralized social networks. I don't know which projects already thought about federation / interoperability.
@toolipse Self hosted servers that are interoperable (can share data) create the fediverse. Mastodon is a big part of it using federation to create social networks.
