looking to privatize NEAR.Social to promote freedom of speech.

Should we open registration to Near Social?

DAI deposit APY (12%) on Burrow is 5% higher than USDC borrow APY (7%).

REF finance offers stable swap for DAI->USDC.

Every asset can be folded multiple times based on the collateral factor. Every fold just multiplies your APY.

So the maximum farming APY after folding are:

DAI -> 2,565% APY
USDT -> 2,346% APY
USDC -> 2,134% APY
WBTC -> 1,196% APY
NEAR -> 1,146% APY
STNEAR -> 1,125% APY
ETH -> 1,114% APY

Happy farming!

The rewards per 1000$ are the following (at the time of the post):

Now we can multiply BRRR by estimated price and divide by 1000$ to get farming APY and then add supply APY and subtract borrow APY.

DAI -> 3.99 BRRR -> 250% APY
USDT -> 3.65 -> 228% APY
USDC -> 3.31 -> 208% APY
WBTC -> 8.33 -> 523% APY
NEAR -> 7.96 -> 501% APY
STNEAR -> 9.11 -> 574% APY
ETH -> 7.76 -> 487% APY

The only thing left to fold it a few times

For similar lending projects (even without utility for the token), the ratio of TVL to the circulating market cap of the gov token is 0.185. See AAVE, Compound, Venus, Justlend, Benqi, Maple.

With 15M BRRR rewards in the first month and $140M current TVL, the potential $BRRR price gets around $1.72 per token.

We can now compute the farming reward in BRRR per $1000 of folded value per asset (borrowed and resupplied back into collateral) and subtract the APY paid

Let's talk about Burrow BRRR farming.

I've computed maximum fold amounts:

For DAI/USDT/USDC you can fold your value more than 10 times. Means you deposit 10$ and can borrow 90$ with 100$ collateral, while your health factor is still above 100%

For ETH/BTC/NEAR -> 2.29X
For STNEAR -> 1.96

To estimate APR we need to know the BRRR price, since it's not liquid we can only speculate.
