For the last 6 weeks I have participated in and researched 50 projects built on #NEARprotocol. It is still early in this space and most are trying to find their way. ALL have realized to have longterm success they must listen to the community (voting and/or DAO), collaborate with other projects (games, staking, art), have a plan (roadmap), build real utility (for the project user and to the NEAR ecosystem), recruit & yield talent. Most importantly, pivot the strategy, not the vision.
#Intro I am new-ish to the NEAR community and have met many IRL at NEARcon and ETHDenver and would love to continue the conversation here! My skills include professional photography, social media management, technical writing, copywriting & project management, and more.
